PRESALE POLICY
At Wildly Crown INC, we are currently operating on a presale/vendor-sourced model while we build our in-house inventory.
WHAT DOES PRESALE MEAN?
A presale item is a product that Wildly Crown INC does not currently keep physically in stock.
When you place an order for a presale item, your selected hair is ordered from our vendor specifically for your purchase. This allows us to offer a wider variety of textures, lengths, and styles while we grow our inventory.
Presale does not mean the product is unavailable. It simply means your item must first be sourced from our vendor before it can complete the fulfillment and shipping process.
HOW PRESALE ORDERS WORK
- You place your order through Wildly Crown INC.
- Your selected product is ordered from our vendor.
- The vendor prepares and ships the hair according to the selected shipping method and product availability.
- Your order continues through the Wildly Crown fulfillment process.
- Tracking information is provided once your customer shipment has been prepared and shipped.
Because presale products are sourced after your order is placed, please allow additional processing time before final delivery.
SHIPPING TIMES
The shipping option selected at checkout applies to the applicable shipping portion of your order after required processing and vendor fulfillment.
Shipping estimates are not the same as total order processing time.
Presale orders may take longer than regularly stocked items because they must first be sourced from our vendor.
Wildly Crown INC will provide estimated processing and shipping information during checkout or on the applicable product page whenever available.
VENDOR AVAILABILITY
Presale products are subject to vendor availability.
Although we make every effort to keep product options and availability current, a length, texture, density, lace type, or other variation may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this occurs, Wildly Crown INC will contact you regarding available options, substitutions, additional wait time, or another appropriate resolution.
We will not knowingly substitute your order for a different product without communicating the change.
WHEN WILL PRESALE END?
Presale status is temporary.
As Wildly Crown INC grows and begins maintaining our own physical inventory, qualifying products will be changed from Presale to In Stock.
An item will only be considered In Stock when Wildly Crown INC physically has inventory available for customer orders.
Until then, products labeled Presale should be considered vendor-sourced items.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because presale products may be ordered from our vendor shortly after your purchase is submitted, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once vendor processing has begun.
Please review your length, texture, lace, density, quantity, shipping information, and other selections carefully before completing checkout.
If you notice an error, contact Wildly Crown INC as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT
By purchasing a product marked Presale, you acknowledge that:
- The item is not currently held in Wildly Crown INC's physical inventory.
- The product will be sourced from our vendor after your order is placed.
- Vendor processing time may be required before shipping.
- Shipping estimates do not automatically include vendor processing time.
- Availability may vary depending on the selected product and variation.
- Presale status will be removed once Wildly Crown INC begins carrying that product in physical inventory.

Processing & Shipping Estimates
Processing & shipping estimates: Estimated processing is 2–5 working days. Vendor sourcing and fulfillment may require additional time before shipping. Carrier transit begins after required processing and vendor fulfillment, when the applicable shipment is handed to the carrier.
- USPS Standard: $0 additional; estimated transit of 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- UPS Two-Day: $10 additional; estimated transit of 2 working days after dispatch, when available.
- UPS Overnight: $20 additional; overnight transit after dispatch, subject to availability and the dispatch cutoff.
Available shipping services are shown at checkout. Faster shipping does not shorten required processing or vendor fulfillment.
If your order is delayed
If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order before that window expires. We will provide a revised shipping date when available, or explain that the date is still unknown, and tell you how to choose between waiting and cancelling unshipped items for a prompt refund.
We will request your consent to a delay where required. If required consent is not received, or we cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel the unshipped items and issue a prompt refund, including applicable shipping charges. These delay-related rights are separate from returns after delivery.
Shipping & Processing
Presale products are sourced from our vendor after your order is placed. The shipping service selected at checkout applies after required processing and vendor fulfillment. Carrier transit estimates are separate from total order processing time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Contact us before ordering for return eligibility, return instructions, and refund or exchange terms. The delay-related cancellation and refund process is explained in the Presale Policy above.

Because presale products may be ordered from our vendor shortly after your purchase is submitted, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once vendor processing has begun.
If you notice an error, contact Wildly Crown INC as soon as possible. Review your product selections and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Discounts & Promotions
Check the terms shown with each offer for eligibility, expiration dates, exclusions, and whether discounts can be combined. Contact us if an offer’s terms are unclear.
