THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND FULFILLMENT

Wildly Crown INC may use independent vendors, suppliers, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, and other third-party service providers in connection with the sale and delivery of products.

Certain products identified as Presale are vendor-sourced and are not physically held in Wildly Crown INC inventory when the customer submits an order.

By purchasing a Presale product, the customer acknowledges that the merchandise may be sourced, processed, packaged, fulfilled, or shipped with the assistance of a third-party vendor or fulfillment provider.

The use of third-party vendors does not change the customer's relationship with Wildly Crown INC.

All questions, order concerns, refund requests, shipping concerns, or product issues relating to a Wildly Crown INC purchase should be directed to Wildly Crown INC, not directly to our vendor.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change without notice.

The appearance of a product, size, length, texture, density, lace type, color, or variation on our online store does not guarantee continued supplier availability.

Wildly Crown INC reserves the right to discontinue products or variations, correct errors, update product information, or contact customers when a vendor-sourced item becomes unavailable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Wildly Crown INC makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information.

Because hair is a physical product and may be sourced through third-party vendors, slight variations may occur where commercially reasonable.

Nothing in these Terms authorizes Wildly Crown INC to knowingly replace an ordered product with a materially different item without customer approval.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Wildly Crown INC may rely on third-party carriers and fulfillment providers to deliver orders.

Carrier transit estimates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Wildly Crown INC is not responsible for delays solely caused by a shipping carrier, weather event, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies customers are entitled to under applicable law.
